DOME DINING FAQ

Drink will be sold separately on the evening of your booking. 

The service charge is an 20% fee that covers event setup, clean up and event staff gratuities.

Each dome will be equipped with heaters. As this is an outdoor event, we do suggest that you bring an extra layer for additional comfort.

We understand the demand for 2 persons dining and can accommodate the request by allowing you to book for 4 people. Unfortunately, we can’t charge you less because our dome installations are complex and costly and require a certain amount of attendees to implement our pop-up experiences.

You will receive an email confirmation upon booking. This email confirmation will be used for check in on the day of your reservation. Please have this ready to show the host when you arrive as well as your proof of vaccination. If you can’t find the email, be sure to check your spam/junk folder.

We ask that everyone make note of their allergies and/or dietary restrictions in their reservation notes during Step 2 of the booking process. Each allergy will be taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis. If you forgot to mention them during the process, please send us an email to info@goldenbubblebyayc.ca.

Please note: We cannot guarantee accommodation for all dietary restrictions. 

Each reservation is 2 hours long to ensure enough tine for cleaning and sanitization for the next seating.

Please arrive 15 min before your reservation starts to ensure you are seated on time.

Credits or refunds will be issued if the event must be shut down due to restrictions, otherwise ticket purchases are non-refundable. Requests should be directed to info@goldenbubblebyayc.ca

Yes, bookings can be transferred to another person by October 15th, 2021. Please direct your inquiry to info@goldenbubblebyayc.ca.

Yes, please use Whitetail Meadow parking at the entrance.
