FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
To set up our domes, we require a relatively flat, clear surface of at least 13ft x 13 ft, free from overhanging trees, garden furniture and play equipment, which can be grass, artificial grass. We will also need access to a plug, a side entrance to your backyard, onsite parking for a 15ft truck. Lastly we require you to have Wi-fi on your property (if your package includes any streaming service).
Our dome prices are based on overnight hire. Set up is usually early afternoon and collection is the following morning. If you have any special requests, please let us know before booking to ensure that we can set up for the event in good time. These packages can be extended for an additional night.
Note that you will be in charge of our equipment for the duration of your hire as per our rental agreement.
Our equipment and furnishing are all disinfected before each set up and we install them contact-free.
All our settings are perfect for up to 6 people, but we have had occasions where we have seated up to 8 people for the dining experience. While we provide only 4 adult size bean bags for the movie night package, 2 to 4 additional people can fit for this setting.
We will travel no more than 100 km from the south of Winnipeg. However, any bookings further than 20 km from our base, will be subject to a delivery charge. Please get in touch with your location to find out the cost of delivery.
Setup duration varies depending on the service you require. It is advisable to allow up to 2.5 hours for set up with no add-ons like balloon garland.
